• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your scrubs. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, Dimmascrubs offers easy returns and exchanges.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges: Free size or color exchanges are available — just cover return shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

• Refunds apply only to eligible returned items.
